We are looking forward to our Study Day on October 14 when Denise Haywood will give three lectures on the ‘Art of Cambodia and Vietnam’. Denise is an author and photographer and has lived in Cambodia where she worked as a journalist for three years.
As well as giving a flavour of the artistic heritage of these countries, she will discuss living art in the form of dance, sculpture and silk-weaving.
Denise is a world expert on the art and culture of these countries and the day promises to be highly enjoyable, instructive and colourful.
Visitors are always extremely welcome to the Study Days which are very much enjoyed and well-supported by members.
